No Hearts, No Hunger
It's as simple as that
When you turn this on, you will not be able to see any hearts on any hunger bars whatsoever, including hardcore, wither, poison, frost, hunger, etc.
NOTE: This only works when there is no other GUI that affects hearts, hunger bars, or surface GUI of any type (it might actually, but I did not test)
