No Floating Items

For some unknown reason, amethyst buds and nether sprouts float in the GUI, which is inconsistent with the blocks.
This resourcepack fixes that, also making it consistent with Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

If you would like to use this in your public resourcepack, please ask me first, and include credit and a link to this page both in a credits.txt in the resourcepack file and in the description.
