Remove Enchantment Glint

Removes the enchantment glint from Minecraft 1.20. It can be disabled in settings, but a resource pack is preferable for many custom maps.

This will completely remove the enchantment glint from all enchanted items and armor. This is similar to changing the setting "Glint Strength" to 0%, but it can be forced by mapmakers automatically. This will make details such as the color of leather armor far more visible, and will allow you to put curse of binding and any other enchantment on armor or tool without the players knowing.
