What is this texturepack pack about?
This texturepack disables bobber from your screen, so when you pvping with rod user this not disturb you.
Actually on vanilla bobber is taking 75% of your screen and most of people cant do anything with this BUT if you use No Bobber Overlay pack - this disables bobber (so you cant see bobber)
