Blocks:

• Added acacia, birch, dark oak, jungle, and spruce doors
• Added acacia, birch, iron, jungle, and oak door models
• Added trapdoor models
• Redid mapping on andesite, diorite, and granite. They now only use the previous top texture
• New stone brick top texture. Now appears as multiple bricks instead of a slab
• Added stone brick top texture to stone brick slabs and stairs
• New darker red pallet for acacia and orange pallet for jungle
• Tweaked birch pallet
