Resource pack added new textures, for older versions (1.13.2, 1.12.2, 1.11.2, 1.10.2, 1.9.4, 1.8.9, 1.7.10)

the font is inside the pack NewTextures-1.0.5.3.zip if necessary, you can get it from there
