New Hangul Plus

The last version of this font had a lot of issues and was difficult to read. Some letters were unidentifiable.

I completely redid the entire font. The resolution is higher so that more pixels can fit, and also so that clear separators can be distinguished. Some characters look out of place and the spacing is uneven, but it's definitely an improvement from before.

It might be a while until I update this again.

Also, because the font is no longer exactly 8x8, I've renamed the pack to be more accurate.
