New AE2 Textures Backport

Bringing the new textures of AE2 to the 1.12.2 version of the mod.
And overall looking
Full blocks
(Ignore the pedestals)
Some of the textures had to be adapted to the old version's block shape.
The drives can become wrongly lit if you have OptiFine installed.
I had to edit them to make them look more like seeds
With the seed in the water.
The didn't used to have more than 64k processors back then
