Netherite Crossbow

Retextures the crossbow as well as arrows to look like netherite and fireworks to have a purple band instead of red.
Sampled this texture from another creator I cant be bothered to remember but updated it to 1.21. The fire works now have a purple and white color scheme and the arrows are netherite as well. The crossbow with fire work is also edited to have a purple firework.
