Mystic Magnum [Torches] Candles

I love the Magnum Torches, being able to get rid of the torch spam and excess carpet around my claim is wonderful, but I wanted to give them a more magical aesthetic. They now look like tall pillar candles with jeweled holders. The resource pack is released for 1.19.2 but should work for all versions of the mod 1.19.2 - 1.20.1, you can ignore the version error Minecraft might give you.
