[MTR] 100 Series Shinkansen

This addon for Minecraft Transit Railway adds the 100 Series Shinkansen to the game.

It includes cabs, standard cars, green cars, pantograph cars, double decker diner cars and double decker green/standard cars.

There are two liveries:

    Standard Tokaido line (blue and white)
    Kodama (gray and green line)

Since this train was operated by both JNR and JR Central, it has two variants for some cars. You can assemble it as you wish.
