RFTools - Bugfix: actually fixed the Tinkers Construct smeltery block from x-raying. This is because 1.6–1.7 and 1.8+ use different namespaces, and I missed one of them last time. Sorry!

- Bugfix: fixed the Certus Quartz ore texture. Now it glistens!
