Minimalist Hextech for Nomifactory

CHANGES:

-(90%) Overhauled everything in the blocks subfolder with MT textures and a few custom textures. This includes textures for Gregicality Multiblocks. Nearly complete, with the exception of many covers and a handful of machines.

-Updated MT textures to support emissives.

-Redid the material_sets subfolder, containing all of the textures for items (copper, iron, titanium, etc.). Folders no longer contain bloat, and should now provide a wider range of textures than MTCE did (i.e. it gave all dusts the same texture)
