Title screen splash politics remover

Removes racist/ overtly political messaging from the yellow splash texts on the title screen. Gamers do not want political messaging forced down thier throats. Remains loyal to the original splash texts, I did not add an "counter" political messaging, only one miscellaneous one.

Should be compatible with every MC version that accepts resource packs, past and future, though I could only date it up to the current 1.21.5 update.
