Dungeons Inspired Mob Spawners

All textures originated from Minecraft Dungeons, I simplified the base texture that was 24x24 to Minecraft's usual 16x16. The spawner also has different textures for the top and bottom.

For the OptiFine versions, which includes the blaze spawner, you can only place and naturally find these in the Nether.

For all versions please read:
- Version 1 - ONLY adds the normal spawner texture with no biome variation.
- Version 2 - (OPTIFINE REQUIRED) Both normal and blaze spawner.
