Updated the display of blocks in the GUI etc to correct incompatibilities with 1.12 and 1.11
   - Use of a new subfile "display_block" with a correct display code for the block (this is what caused the blocks not to be loaded)

Changed texture name "cobblestone/cobblestone.png" to "cobblestone/main_cobblestone.png" to avoid file path issues
Bee Nest update to fix texture bug
Updated the texture (in the GUI) of the Dandelion
Removing an unnecessary key on certain blocks
Updated the following blocks: (implementation for versions pre-1.12)
    - Oxidized Cut Cupper
    - Iron Block
    - Amethyst Cluster
    - Small Amethyst Bud
    - Medium Amethyst Bud
    - Large Amethyst Bud
Updated particles on all ores
Updated torches (use of the "block/torch" base for extinguished Redstone torches and for Soul Torch) (also fixed the particle problem)
Rail optimization (removal of an unnecessary texture)
Sugar Cane update: used an unnecessary parent model
