Military Menu - Black Ops Theme

### Fixes
- Vanilla Minecraft music clipping in the main menu has been completely eliminated.
- The Black Ops 7 (Jack Wall) track now plays only in the menu.
- Additional copies of the track have been added (menu7.ogg - menu8.ogg).
- The sounds.json file has been updated for more stable playback.

### Changes
- Improved the stability of the main menu music.
