Various interactions fixes
- Only play sword hit sound when hitting a mob
- Don't play swing sound when digging
- Changed critical hit sound condition to fail less
- Increased required speed of speed gust sound from 150 to 175, so it doesn't play when sprinting without Speed
- The soundpack now requires MAtmos 36
