Various interactions fixes

  • Only play sword hit sound when hitting a mob
  • Don't play swing sound when digging
  • Changed critical hit sound condition to fail less
  • Increased required speed of speed gust sound from 150 to 175, so it doesn't play when sprinting without Speed
  • The soundpack now requires MAtmos 36
