Magnet and Stick Magnet

Turns sticks into magnets while held. Any item renamed to "Magnet" and placed in the last slot in your hotbar or inventory will also work as a magnet without being held.

Updated to work on 1.21.5 due to the introduction of "offhand" NBT.
Updated NBT data for "Magnet" name, no longer requires apostrophes, only quotations.
