Luxray Changes

This datapack brings some changes to existed Luxray into the game!
Works in Minecraft Pixelmon 1.16.5.

The datapack needs both Resource Pack and Datapack to work correctly. 

-Now Luxray is a dual type on the last evolution Electric and Dark.
-Made some changes on the stats of the pokémon to make more viable.
-Changed the spawn config to make more complicated to find.
-Adds 3 new attacks:  

When Luxio evolves to Luxray:
"Electric Star"
Power: 95
PP: 15/24
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Drains 15% of Health.

Level 60:
"Shadow Mist"
Power: 120
PP:5/8
Accuracy: 90
Effect: 15% of chance to decrease the Defense of the enemy in one stage.

Level 72:
"In the Shadow"
Power: 0
PP: 5/8
Accuracy: -1
Effects: Priority move, there's a chance 30% to increase Attack and/or Defense by one stage.
