⚡ Recreation ⚡ pack that adds the blocks teased in Minecraft Live 2023!

Hello everyone! I am Sushi, or Luna! :3

ℹ️ Archive? What does this entail? ℹ️

After every Minecraft Live, I make a texture pack that recreates the new features teased, before the snapshots release (to the best of my ability). This is UpdateMize o2, a resource pack that recreates the blocks from Minecraft Live 2023.

It was finished on 18 October 2023, yet I have not been able to upload it at the time.

I have recovered the pack, and I am uploading it here on CurseForge for timekeeping's sake, and for a little bit of insight into an old vision.

📤 o2 and o2b4 📤

Unfortunately, the file I have recovered is not UpdateMize o2 in its finalized state. It is actually UpdateMize o2b4 (omega-2 beta-4). The original o2 file has unfortunately been lost.

To give you the full experience, though, I have faithfully remade the features that were not recovered, but have also given you the choice to use the original o2b4 file if you wish.

You can see what features have been recreated in the features list.

To put it simply, you have 2 packs you can download:

UpdateMize o2b4, which is the original recovered file.
UpdateMize o2, which contains the original and unrecovered features, recreated. The original textures made in 2023 have not been changed.

A few changes have been made for both packs:

Adding language localizations for Canada and New Zealand
Changing the pack.mcmeta text from "1.21-mize beta"
Adding [1.21] before all item names, to make them easier to find (that change was in the original o2, but not in o2b4 - now it's in both)

Crafter (replaces Smoker) with crafter-like interface!
Chiseled Copper (replace Green/Gray/Cyan/Light Blue Terracotta)
Copper Doors (replace Acacia/Jungle/Crimson/Warped Doors)
Copper Bulbs (replace Ochre/Pearlescent/Verdant Froglight and Cracked Nether Bricks)
Burnt Copper Bulbs (replace Purple/Lime/Magenta/Blue Terracotta)
Tuff Bricks / Chiseled Tuff Bricks / Polished Tuff (replace Polished Granite/Diorite/Andesite)
Activated/Deactivated Trial Spawner (replaces Monster Spawner / Tinted Glass)
Copper Trapdoors (replace Acacia/Jungle/Crimson/Warped Trapdoors) ✨ Remake - only available in UpdateMize o2
Copper Grates (replace Orange/Yellow/Lime/Green Stained Glass) ✨ Remake - only available in UpdateMize o2

Note: All Copper related blocks feature all 4 variants of copper: Normal / Exposed / Weathered / Oxidized!

Copper Grates and the Deactivated Trial Spawner might not work properly or at all if you have a mod enabling Connected Glass.
