Rare spawn during bloodmoons
Sparkles will brighten the dark sky
Description
Currently this data pack adds 3 new events:
Blood Moon
- 30% chance of occurring
- Hostile mobs significantly buffed with more health,speed and damage
- Mobs that could not spawn in the night will now spawn such as the phantom (Made easier to kill due to how annoying they usually are)
- You cannot sleep this night
- Blood will rain from the sky (quite literally)
- Your heart will thump if below 8 health...
Festival Night
- 10% chance of occurring
- Fireworks will go off randomly in the distance
- Green sparkles will brighten the dark sky
- Crop growth rate is three times as fast
- Glow squids and axolotls can spawn on the surface of your world
Nether Moon
- 20% chance of occurring
- All nether mobs will replace the hostile over world mobs
- You cannot sleep this night
- Deathly sounds can be heard from the nether itself
Additional Info
Remember to type /reload once you have installed the data pack
- /function lunarevents:run to see a list of events you can run now without waiting for them
- /function lunarevents:config to enable/disable any event
- /trigger announcements to configure whether whether announcements for an event play through title or chat
