Lara Croft's Climbing Axe/ Ice Pick (Tomb raider)

You can now turn your Pickaxe in a Lara's climbing tool
Install via App

Make sure you either
A. use Optifine with Video Settings > Quality > Custom Items: ON or
B. install the CIT resewn mod

Install the resource Pack and rename any Pickaxe to "Climbing Axe" or "Ice Pick" using an anvil.
