Adds 2 new vendors; The Blocks Vendor and Special Goods Vendor.
Blocks Vendor: sells a wide variety of vanilla blocks and resources, alongside the Pixelmon resources, and deep sea crystals
- Also makes some vanilla blocks sellable
- Makes Wheat, Carrots, and Potatoes sellable, to give a consistent way of making money!
Special Goods Vendor: sells a wide variety of Pixelmon-related goods, like EV berries and training items, masterballs, mending books, mint cuttings, and more!
- Each shop rotation has a 50% chance of any given evolution stone to show up (Fire Stone, Thunder Stone, etc.)
- Each shop rotation has a 10% chance of any given legendary summoning item to show up (Orbs, Shrines, Altars, Arc Chalice, etc.)
