Fixes some sounds from L_Ender’s Cataclysm being heard from too far away and being too loud and annoying.

When you’re in or even just close to the Frosted Prison, you could hear the Draugr's even if you were nowhere near them. This resource pack fixes that, along with the flame trap and door-opening sounds. Now you’ll only hear them when you’re close, not just because the area is loaded like before.
