Connected glass without optifine.

Connect glass effect with just a texture pack (no mods!)

This Resource pack removes the border from glass, making it similar to Optifine or Continuity.
Note that it will be removed also from single blocks, making it a little weird, but that's the best you can get in vanilla Minecraft
