Kelp Animation Remover

Many players complain that the animated kelp and sea grass badly reduce FPS in the game. Well, maybe it is, maybe not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. In any case, I made this resource pack which removes this animations. *I'm not sure if it will improve FPS, or not.

By the way, the underwater world looks great even without those animated textures.
