This resoucepack is made for the judaism datapack, the datapack is in: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/data-packs/judaism-datapack

You should not install this without installing the judaism datapack, this resoucepack 

Adds the visuals to the judaism datapack, for example the texture for the Jewish hat, and also the hannuka menorah model, to see all the things that the pack adds see the description of the judaism datapack.

If using the linked datapack without this resoucepack textures will show as a Minecraft glitch texture.
