sound effect changes I wanted to make with Jcraft

It's a resource pack made to change Jcraft audio (due to unsatisfication with the original sound effects)

this only changes some of the sounds, not all.

All audio files with voices are made following the order of:

If the stand has consciousness, only stand cry as voices
If the stand has consciousness and can speak, full audio if possible with resources

stands changed currently are:

also the sound effect for The World, SPTW is 5 seconds (100 ticks), TWOH is 9 seconds (180 ticks), so the config or the file need to be changed
