JayyyJ's ToolbarTweaks

This resource pack modifies the toolbar, the experience bar and all the hearts' variants.
It gives a more modern look by displaying the item slot number on the toolbar, removing the gaps in the experience bar and jump bar.
Now all the heart variants have their own blinkings style. Added a glowing effect to the blinking empty heart.
