85ish% done - Just need to fine tune which paletes appear for duplicate blocks across palettes

Use the Create Mod in the ItemSwapper Mod's UI! Start from any held item or find all of the create items/blocks right from the main ItemSwapper page.

THE CREATE MOD VERSION 6.0 IS REQUIRED

More itemswapper packs are planned for various mods and addons. I plan to make them all compatable and will be improving them as I make them.
