### Compatability Fix Patch

Changes:

Changed json file name of rolling stock QJ, SY, SY Tender, and SS3 from "qj", "sy", "sy_tender", and "ss3" to "qj_vctp", "sy_vctp", "sy_tender_vctp", and "ss3" .json for compatability with other resource packs that may include overlapping rolling stock registration names.

Changed model file names of locomotives SS3 and HXD1D from "ss3.obj" and "hxd1d.obj" to "ss3_vctp.obj" and "hxd1d_vctp.obj" for compatability with other resource packs that may include overlapping rolling stock model names.

This compatability fix should relieve IR from becoming stupid when there are overlapping json or model file names and enhance compatability with other Chinese resource packs.

Fixed HXD1/HXD1-1000/HXD2 power output by cutting them in half. (Since their specifications are counted based off of 2-car coupled consists, which is considered "1 loco")

Retrofitted HXD1/HXD1-1000/HXD2, FXD1-J/FXD1-J Inverted Doors, FXD3-J/FXD3-J Inverted Doors with "power_kw," replacing "horsepower"

This is a technical fix patch, no touches were made to models

If you are updating to this fix from v.0.3.0 or v.0.3.1, please be sure to remove ALL of any of the following rolling stock from your world (INCLUDING YOUR HOTBAR AND INVENTORY):
QJ Class Steam Locomotive, SY Class Steam Locomotive, SY Tender, SS3
To keep IR away from looking for the corresponding json files with their old name and crashing the game because the json files are no longer named the old way, thank you.
