Invictus - Vanilla

Modified to support Minecraft 1.13-1.14. This is more of a maintenance update. Some assets have been created and added, but most of the new assets remain missing. A significant reason for this update is to update the block models, so that the existing textures will run on newer versions.

I am cautiously optimistic about providing textures for the new blocks in forthcoming updates. I am also welcoming contributions from the community- but keep in mind that I am somewhat selective.
