Integrates Pam's Harvest craft trees & seeds into Immersive Engineering's garden cloche recipe list, allowing Pam's crops and trees to be grown faster than usual.

Immersive Engineering + Harvestcraft 2 Cloche integration. Currently supporting trees, regular plants have yet to be added.
Changelog:
- Corrected paperbark_sapling.json item output from "pamshc2trees:paperbarkitem" to "minecraft:paper" resulting in a fixed crash.
