Idealistic Resourcepack

Fixed issues:

1. Rain splatter particles is now white like the rain, insetad of blue
2. All villager, Illager, zombie villager and witch models have been updated to a uniform appereance coherent to eachother. also cute-er simpler arms have been used.
3. armor has a freshen up with some subpar pixels
4. foliage and grass now has a vibrant but realisitc tone. not too saturated but not too dry, perfect middle ground

KNOWN ISSUES:

bell texture not appearing

chests may sometimes appear "glitchy" in texture, but they work perfectly fine.
