Hearts Reimagined

This resource pack slightly adjusts all versions of your health bar for both convenience and aesthetics. All heart textures have been changed to a more gradual gradient for a smoother look. The big changes are in the withered hearts, which are easier to see, and the frozen hearts, which were edited to keep the integrity of the normal coloring.
