It only changes the hearts in the GUI, replacing them with food icons. Nothing else is changed, keeping the rest of the interface exactly the same.
This resource pack replaces the health hearts in the GUI with food icons. It does not change any other elements, keeping the rest of the interface clean, simple, and visually unchanged in-game at all.
