What's new

Fixed a bug where the planet radius UI sometimes breaks upon creating a planet.
Added black stained glass as a "DEATH" wall: standing on it kills the player. Surround a planet core to make a black hole, or make walls of it to kill players that fall off of a map (as opposed to them just falling horizontally forever)
