The license allows you to non-commercially share this project on other sites.

The term non-commercially means that you can not:

Put the download link through adf.ly or any other advertisement-based shorteners (even if credit is provided)

Sell the project directly to users

Have the project available as a Pay What You Want setup on itch.io or clones

You may be allowed to do this if received payment goes towards the author.

You are allowed to get monetary gain from this project if you are doing the following:

Selling merchandise relating to the project without selling the project directly (i.e. tees, stickers, etc.)

Holding a charity event that includes this project in some form (following rules above, of course)

Creating a video (i.e. on YouTube) that includes the project that has monetization enabled (provided you give credit to the original author, more in the desc.)

This license is generally being applied to protect against jerks who steal content from other authors and make money off of it, whether directly from customers, or through advertising.
