Transforms the Ender Dragon into a goose! Requires ETF/EMF to load the custom model, but the custom textures work without!

- Retextured Dragon's Breath to match the blue-ish tint already applied to the Dragon Fireball and particles.
- Added dynamic neck and head movement.
