Hi ! Let me introduce you to Glowynn, it's a texture pack that uses the optifine "emissive textures" feature that makes some textures glow.
Why use this pack?
Shaders often make the game rather dark, Glowynn makes a lot of textures glow to make the game even more beautiful than it is now.
How to use it?
Just download the pack and put it in the "resourcepacks" folder, then select it (you must also keep the pack on the server).
The pack covers a lot of items, from weapons to more or less important items or the totem of the shaman and skyseer. (Don't forget to look at the screenshots)

ps: I know someone already did it a year ago but I decided to make mine from zero so it looks how i want and it is up to date with version 1.19.
