Other Changes and Notes:
- birch sign color now more closely matches the birch planks
- fixed hanging signs
- GUI sprite elements changed to make them more stylistically consistent
- added custom color for dripping water particles, this feature requires the Polytone mod
- the old packed ice texture was something I lazily threw together and forgot about, the new one is a bit better, blue ice and frosted ice have also been updated
- ice crystal and icicles are upscaled placeholders for now, wasn't satisfied with anything I made.
