The left side shows the vanilla farmland. The blocks behind the farmland can be seen, which might be unaesthetic. On the right side you can see the farmland while using the resource pack. The aforementioned blocks behind the farmland cannot be seen.
The farmland block is 15/16 = 0.9375 blocks tall, allowing the player to see a block behind the farmland, even if that block has another block above it (see gallery). This resource pack changes the model of farmland to be a full block.
It does not change the hitbox, collision box or light interaction of farmland blocks.
There is also a release version available that does the same thing with dirt paths.
