Adds new types of creeper based on the biome they are in

Description

This texture adds new creepers depending on the biome they are in:

Lush Caves
Dripstone Caves
Mushroom Island

It relies heavily on optifine so it is recommended to use optifine.

To get the Mushroom Island creeper you need to bring a creeper to this biome or rename it "Sporer".

This is because hostile mobs cannot spawn in this biome.
