Fixed file names and models so textures appear in 1.14:
- Stone slab
- Various quartz blocks

Revised:
- Added backwards compatibility for 1.13 for stone slabs. This means that 1.77 of Firewolf can be used for 1.13 or 1.14
- Adjusted water color to light blue with a hint of aqua which is how water used to appear in Firewolf before the 1.13 update (which broke it).
