Fancy Skies - now with custom sky for End dimension

Resource pack version 1.3 now out for Minecraft 1.16.2 with additional packs out that contain sky box only + rain and snow texture for Minecraft 1.16.2 and 1.12.2.

-tweaked timing of rendering sky boxes during night cycles and now they should look a little bit better

-removed bow sound effect and water flowing sound effect
-added a new sound effect for any plant related block

-tweaked the rain texture

note: the different eye colors of endermen are currently broken due to OptiFine bug.

edit: During the first hours I had complications with uploading files and the packs with only sky boxes were missing some important files. Not its all good hopefully. Sorry for the inconvenience.
