Fresh Animations: Player Extension

Requires Entity Model Features and Entity Texture Features

Added:

• added new first person hand animations
  • pitch and yaw rotations
  • map holding poses

Changes & Fixes:

• tweaked head anims for compatibility
• tweaked elytra models for compatibility
• tweaked jump animations slightly
• fixed landing animation to reset when falling down blocks quickly
• fixed flying animations not working for other players
• fixed some animations being affected by fps
• fixed some equipment animations breaking after rotating the camera rapidly
• fixed first person map hand poses
• combined many files to simplify workflow and compatibility across game versions
• removed some unused variables
• other various tweaks/fixes
