Extra toki pona Translations

Translates the some untranslated texts in game into toki pona, a conlang created by linguist Sonja Lang
Currently changes the Minecraft game title, Minceraft rare title, edition text, and all splash texts!
Some splash texts have gone untranslated and are indicated by asterisks on either side.
I cannot guarantee that translations are perfectly accurate, as all translations were done by me.
