A datapack that re-adds goats to the Windswept Hills (formerly 'Mountians') biome

This resource pack changes the built in footstep sounds that play when walking with foot armor using the presence footsteps mod.
The pack aims to revive the old 1.12.2 version of dynamic surroundings armor sounds since they no longer exist in the mod.
!THIS IS A RESOURCE PACK AND NOT A MOD!
Please note that I am NOT the owner of the armor walking sounds and all credit goes to their respective creators and Orecruncher for developing dynamic surroundings!
You are allowed to make "spin off" packs using this one as a base but you are NOT allowed to repost this pack wherever you feel.
*If you are making your own using this as a base and need help feel free to ask in the comments. I will try to help you as best I can. (If need be I will make a tutorial on how to edit the files)
Note: This pack only works for the fabric and neoforge versions of the mod!
