INCYADA'S OPEN-SOURCE RESOURCE PACK LICENSE

D°Uzi Craft: Dessert Port aims to be open-source software with the intent to be used for the video game Minecraft: Java Edition. Any and all assets made by © Incyada/Cakeofcraft, are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license, with a summary provided at the bottom of this document.

The license excludes any and all non-malicious content creation made with the pack, but proper credit (i.e: in written form, with an optional link to their work) must be given to both the creator of the remixed work (© Incyada/Cakeofcraft), and the original work (D°Uzi Craft by © D°Uzi), in any context where the pack is shown for demostration purposes. for example: "Resource Pack showcases" fall under this license, but not "Let's plays", "Minecraft Hardcore", "Minecraft 100 Days" or "Modpacks".

This License will not infringe with any previous licenses and copyright from any third parties involved. If their work has to be used for any reason whatsoever, please contact the copyright holder.

Any work that has been contributed by an individual(s), will become property of the copyright holder of this license, and will be credited to the provided credit section of this work, and may be used by any other work made by him, so long as he wants, with proper credit. This is set in place in case of major significant assets that are made by the individual(s).
